A Full refurbishment of an existing Office Block into 59 Apartments

This conversion project transformed an office block into 59 high-end apartments. We were brought in by the bank to bring the development to a successful conclusion, with just 16 weeks to complete the remaining works. Our team quickly mobilised decorators, joiners, carpet fitters, and electricians to ensure the project stayed on track.

The result was a stunning residential development, finished to a high standard and delivered within the required timeframe.

Once completed, the development became a modern and attractive place to live. The apartments were finished to a high standard, with quality materials and practical living spaces throughout. The finished project was a great success and showed our ability to deliver high-quality developments on time, even under challenging circumstances.
